With a proven track record in school administration and policy implementation, Hezekiah is committed to advancing the organization’s mission of promoting health and safety awareness.

Professional Experience:

Deputy Superintendent of Administrative Services
Chester County School District (2023–Present)

In his role as Deputy Superintendent, Hezekiah oversees a wide range of critical areas including community partnerships, social-emotional learning, mental health, counseling, and school disciplinary hearings. His strategic leadership ensures that students receive the support they need to thrive both academically and personally.

Principal of Northwestern High School
Rock Hill School District (2018 – 2023)

During his tenure as Principal of Northwestern High School, Hezekiah established himself as a transformative leader. Under his guidance, the school achieved and maintained the highest graduation rate in the Rock Hill School District for five consecutive years. He implemented innovative programs such as MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) and strengthened the school’s instructional offerings. Additionally, Hezekiah’s emphasis on fine arts and athletics led to the flourishing and expansion of these programs within the school community.

Hezekiah’s dedication to the well-being of athletes stems from his own experience as a college football player. He understands the importance of promoting health and safety awareness, and he is committed to championing these values within the community.

Bradie Frink, Jr.

Bradie Frink, Jr.

Born at the Freedman Hospital in Washington, D.C., and raised in Chadbourn, NC, Bradie is an individual who has learned and understands the various levels of service and success.

Bradie is currently employed as the Administrative Officer for the US Department of Agriculture, where he manages 9 units and its resources of more than $30,500,000.00. Bradie is also a veteran and retiree of the United States Army, where he served as a Military Police and Finance Specialist.

Bradie holds degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Fayetteville State University and Livingstone College, respectively. Bradie is an accomplished musician, songwriter, producer, and recording artist. He serves as the Director of Music and Worship at Emory Fellowship Church in Washington, D.C.

Bradie is a proud member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., where he serves as the Keeper of Records and Seals, and he is also a proud member of the Kappa Kappa Psi Honorary Band Fraternity. Bradie loves the outdoors, traveling, being out on the water, and spending time with family and friends.
